Singapore company Exim Investments Ple LTD will repair the hotel Afrosiyob Palace in Samarkand. This is stated in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to support the attraction of foreign direct investment for the reconstruction of the Afrosiyob Palace Hotel.”
Singapore company eliminates the debt of the hotel to the state budget of Uzbekistan and state trust funds, on wages, and also to other creditors with the fulfillment of investment and social obligations.
For two years, Singaporeans have invested $ 12 million in the project.
Until November 1, 2019, the hotel should be transformed into a four-star hotel with 280 rooms.
